Hisab Pagar ("we", "our", or "the app") is a staff attendance tracking and salary management app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Hisab Pagar is an offline-first application. The business records you enter into the app — including business details, staff information, attendance records, salary data and cashbook entries — are stored locally on your device. We do not upload these records to our servers, and the app works without an internet connection.
To understand how the app is used and to improve it, the app sends a limited amount of information to us when your device is online:
We do not collect precise (GPS) location. Our analytics provider estimates an approximate location (city and country) from your IP address. We do not show advertising, and we do not sell your information.
If you tap the AI Summary button, the app sends that month's figures for the selected business — business name, staff names, attendance counts, and earned, paid and due amounts — over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards them to Google's Gemini service to generate the summary text. We do not store this data on our server. Nothing is sent unless you use this feature.
If you turn on automatic backup, you sign in with your Google account and the app saves a copy of your data (businesses, staff, attendance, payments, advances, cashbook and settings) to the app-data folder of your own Google Drive. This folder is private to Hisab Pagar: the app cannot see any of your other Drive files, and Google deletes the folder if you remove the app's access from your Google account. The backup is refreshed about once a day when you open the app and is used to restore your data when you reinstall the app or change phones. We store your Google account email address on your device to show which account is connected; it is not sent to us. You can turn this off at any time from Settings → Backup. Hisab Pagar's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Hisab Pagar does not integrate with any advertising services.
Your business records are stored locally on your device, so their security depends on the security of your device. We recommend using device-level security features such as screen locks and encryption. Information sent to us is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
You can delete all business records at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Once deleted, these records cannot be recovered as we do not store any backups of them on external servers.
To have your mobile number and the usage information linked to it deleted, email us at the address below from any email account and include the mobile number you entered. We will delete it within 30 days.
Hisab Pagar is not directed at children under the age of 13. The app is designed for business owners and managers to track staff attendance and salaries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
